The Assistant Chief Officer of Enable has identified with the Chief Officer team of NYP and NYFRS the requirement to do this review to identify where continuous improvements can be made to the services delivered by Enable North Yorkshire and to focus on future delivery of services. To review EnableNY to ensure that the delivery of support services to enable operational business to be as efficient and effective as possible and deliver the outcome to all organisations. The review will include consideration of service catalogues, associated service levels and the proposition of collaborative models that would improve service delivery.
