The objective of this project is to ensure that the FCDO has a High Commissioner's residence that is fit for purpose and commensurate with the standards expected of HMG in Rwanda. The works that the Contractor is to undertake include Roof, Driveway, Windows, Electrical, Lighting and other works. Tenders were sought from suppliers on Category 2 of the International Construction DPS who are capable of acting as Principal Contractor.
