The catalyst for this Blueprint is the planned investment in Marsden through Levelling Up Fund and the TransPennine Route Upgrade. The proposed approach, which was approved by Cabinet on 12 March, will provide a structured framework to identify investment plans and proposals in the town centre over the next decade and beyond. The potential commission will be to lead the development of the Blueprint working closely with the Council and a newly formed Community Partnership. ## CPV classification Consultative engineering and construction services Source Contracts Finder (UK) [View official notice](https://www.contractsfinder.service.gov.uk/notice/b9f55060-67ef-44b2-a296-cadc540ee394) Never miss a tender like this again Get AI summaries, deadline alerts and a bid pipeline for tenders matched to your business.
