At the centre of this transformation is an aspiration to become a more flexible and scalable, digitally enabled organisation, enabling Homes England to realise benefits from: - Increasing productivity and value for money. - Improving the delivery of services to customers and users, - Reducing the organisation's exposure to risk, and - Enabling the organisation to deliver its mission and strategic objectives. The transformation of Homes England is underway and will run as a funded portfolio of work until March 2025, although the evolution of Homes England will continue beyond the programme end date, as part of a continuous improvement approach to organisational change. As a result of this, our Digital function has a requirement to secure Supplier(s) who can provide us with a range of support services. These are specific capabilities that: - We do not have in-house, or - We do have in-house but not at the capacity required, or - Are not suitable/appropriate for an organisation of our size/profile to hold internally.
