Initially fitting out the 3rd with a possibility to fit out the 4th should this be required. The works will include the provision of a fully fitted kitchen, reception, partitioned meeting rooms, phone booths, break out areas and office accommodation, all furniture, soft furnishings, new surfaces, finishes and amendments to the electrical distribution & building services to suit the new layouts.
