The agreement will cover domestic properties, typically including, but not limited to, houses, flats and bungalows, hostels, and sheltered accommodation units. It also includes common areas in sheltered schemes and general needs stock. The scope of the agreement also includes the requirement for the successful contractor to provide a service solution for WBC's requirements for Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) and Fixed Appliance Testing (FAT) services that are to be completed in compliance with the service frequencies determined by the Council's Contract Administrator (CA).
