The pilot project is to develop a replicable townhouse typology of social rented housing for an identified site at Nye Bevan Estate, Clapton E5. It is Hackney's intention to roll out this typology to further small Council-owned sites subject to proof of concept. The Architect will lead a design team to deliver the project(s) up to RIBA Stage 3+.
