This procurement aims to upgrade NPL's measurement capabilities to meet the increasing demand for precision and sensitivity in these cutting-edge domains. The spectrum analyser should meet the following primary requirements: - Frequency Range: Up to 26.5 GHz to cover the necessary measurement spectrum for quantum computing and RF component testing. - Phase Noise Performance: Low phase noise (< -136 dBc/Hz at 1 GHz, 10 kHz offset) to ensure high precision in signal analysis. - Displayed Average Noise Level (DANL): overall -140 dBm or better to detect and measure weak signals accurately. Additional information: The Authority is using the LUPC Bravo e-Procurement portal to conduct the procurement process.
