This contract is let on a JCT Design and Build Contract and has been divided into two distinct phases. Phase 1 entails all relevant investigation works, surveys, and infrastructure development for the entire site, along with the construction of 59 dwellings. Phase 2 may be awarded depending on the performance and ability to negotiate a contract sum and will be a variation of the JCT Design and Build Contract.
