Associated decorating, tiling, plumbing, electrical and other works required. Inspection and testing of electrical cabling and installations at the premises. Carry out H&S Compliance in relation to EICR testing programme (five yearly) Cyclical decorations to the internal and external parts of the building fabric Replacement of doors and glazing.
