The core objective of this Work Order is the development of a revision to Design Manual for Roads and Bridges (DMRB) document 'GD 300' that omits level 4 (motorway designation) and shifts the focus of the document to enhancements over and above the all-purpose dual carriageway baseline i.e., current levels 1-3. This work order will build upon work done as part work order T0448 that sought to develop the framework and underlying principles for delivery of the above.
