Depending on the needs of the current residents, care may be delivered through 24 hour on-site support to include sleep-in night arrangements, on-site care 7am-10pm with an out of hours service supporting outside these hours, on-site hours during specific periods during the day with an out of hours service supporting outside these periods. This will be subject to review to meet the changing needs of residents and the Service Provider will need to be flexible across the care models. In providing the Services the Service Provider is required to be registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and to maintain that registration throughout the Contract Period.
