It is also about developing a diverse leadership for our civic institutions that have a huge impact on the quality of life of the people of the borough. We aim to do this through the provision of a bespoke training programme that will provide participants with the skills, confidence and knowledge to play a part in the governance infrastructures of those bodies that make critical decisions and influence the key institutions that impact on the daily lives of residents.
