There are 2 parts to this requirement: Part A - Level 5 Certificate Accreditation in Primary Care and Health Management of up to 40 portfolios per contract year to include: ### Certificate of award Cross mapping all evidence within the Authority workbook. Part B - Obtaining Professional Registration with AMSPAR. The Supplier will deliver both parts of the requirement.
