The contract is inclusive of the purchase of the solar panels. Multiple route to market options were investigated however funding allocation and timetable restrictions would not have allowed for any contract to be awarded soon enough for the project to be completed on time. This was critical as funding was connected to time limitations. An exemption was granted by Crawley Borough Council, in accordance with section 6.3 of the Council's Procurement Code, to award a below-threshold works contract by direct award on the grounds of genuine urgency. ## CPV classification Electrical installation work Source Contracts Finder (UK) [View official notice](https://www.contractsfinder.service.gov.uk/notice/a79556eb-05f6-4cdc-ae0d-3e6f30b0254a) Never miss a tender like this again Get AI summaries, deadline alerts and a bid pipeline for tenders matched to your business.
