This report sets out the results of a procurement exercise using the council New Build Framework Agreement to secure a contractor to undertake the PCSA. This is set out in the project contractor Procurement Strategy paper appended. The appointment of a contractor for the completion of the PCSA will serve to mitigate risk in the project by providing a pragmatic check on the developing design proposals in terms of buildability, logistics and costs. They will advise on the proposed form of construction, the choice of materials and method of assembly. ## CPV classification Construction work Source Contracts Finder (UK) [View official notice](https://www.contractsfinder.service.gov.uk/notice/a6dc237f-9552-4c30-950c-e310cf3307b8) Never miss a tender like this again Get AI summaries, deadline alerts and a bid pipeline for tenders matched to your business.
