We are keen in exploring both a fully managed survey as well as an engagement platform to monitor and design feedback at both Team, Service Area and Directorate level, producing robust and meaningful data for managers to work with. The Authority will review the submissions to the opportunity to tender to decide whether to proceed with the engagement platform. The Contract Manager should be available to attend regular progress meetings with Authority representation if the Authority deems this necessary. \\r \\r There will be a requirement to deliver an initial council wide survey in September 2024 and at least one survey every two years, with the option to request additional surveys when needed.
