The MSP is expected appoint a contractor ("CSP Project Management Limited") to manage the delivery of essential lifecycle and capital facility projects which are focused on improving, restoring or upgrading sports facilities at 3 National Sports Centres ("NSC"): Bisham Abbey in Berkshire, Lilleshall in Shropshire and Plas y Brenin in Snowdonia.
