This contract is required to ensuring the residents have an alternative avenue to pay outstanding debts using kiosk machines that facilitate the self-service bill payments; especially for those who would otherwise have challenges paying virtually. The contract covers the provision of hardware, software and maintenance. The new contract length will be 5 years with the commencement date of December 2025. The estimated total contract value is £100,000. The Council would like to invite expressions of interest in the potential tender to secure suitable providers who could deliver this service.
