Cloud Edition offers increased high availability and scalability and flexibility for tenants. It will replace the Isle of Wight Council's existing on premise telephony solution, enable Microsoft Teams for Inbound and Outbound PSTN calls via Teams Direct Routing. To assist with migrating users from the existing telephony solution to calling in Microsoft Teams on a phased approach. Please note that the contract type is a combination of both services and supplies.
