The Clean Air Act 1993 (as amended by the Environment Act 2021), requires the reduction of particulate emissions associated with solid fuel burning, and provides the ability to take enforcement action where appropriate. We want to review the existing SCA's in Cambridge and establish the air quality, wider health, and socio-economic impacts to residents and potentially businesses if the current SCA boundaries were to be amended.
