The Council officer will contact all parties to try and mediate and resolve any issues by telephone. If the Council's initial assessment concludes that a case requires ongoing investigation and casework, the case will then be referred to the Service Provider. The Council will carry out its mediation service over the telephone, the purpose of which will be to determine if the matter needs to be referred to the Service Provider. Any harassment/illegal eviction matter will be referred by a Housing Options Officer or Manager by sending an e-mail with brief details of the issue to the Service Provider. This will ensure that a record of every referral made is kept and to monitor the performance of the Service. ## CPV classification Housing services Source Contracts Finder (UK) [View official notice](https://www.contractsfinder.service.gov.uk/notice/9e09cb99-0fd7-4873-b536-6d9fcd35a84a) Never miss a tender like this again Get AI summaries, deadline alerts and a bid pipeline for tenders matched to your business.
