These properties consist of blocks of flats, houses and bungalows. We are looking for a contractor to carry out the replacement/refurbishment of the wooden windows and doors to these properties, as detailed within the Appendix A - Specification for this contract to enable the Council to achieve its programme of planned works delivery. The Contract is anticipated to commence upon August 2024 for a duration of 2 Years.
