Establishing a series of technical "special interest groups", determined by the Partnership to lead the review for each topic, led by a chair appointed by the Partnership. 3. Facilitation for each special interest group to convene, discuss and propose appropriate new principles for each environmental sector, accounting for (a) developments in policy and legislation from 2021 and (b) updated data, knowledge information and supporting evidence. 4.
