The framework is arranged over 4 Lots of varying disciplines: - Lot 1 External Works - £1,000,000 - Lot 2 Internal Works - £1,000,000 - Lot 3 Mechanical Works - £1,000,000 - Lot 4 Electrical Works - £1,000,000 Each project will not exceed the value of £100,000.
