Increasing number of foster carers will improve outcomes for looked after young people and reduce costs of alternative provision. This commission is part of piloting a coordinated city region-wide approach to foster carer recruitment - the success (or otherwise) of which will directly impact on local districts. Our impacts are also being evaluated by Department for Education, which is funding the campaign activities.
