The creation of an internal audit template is to be included in the scope, to allow the team to continue to benchmark standards and encourage continuous improvement in these areas going forward. The audit will not include financial information, commercial governance, grounds maintenance contracts, nor M&E contracts. However, any shared learning or best practice will be rolled out across all areas. It is intended that a form of competition will be conducted to determine the best fit company for this piece of work.
