The project will address disrepair before undertaking extensive fabric energy efficiency improvements, including external wall and attic room insulation and replacement doors and windows where required. In addition, in Armley, we will also commission a detailed technical feasibility study into low carbon heating for the properties in the form of networked ground source heat pumps (GSHPs).
