It has therefore investigated the feasibility of a photovoltaic panels on the roof at Victory Swim and Fitness Centre, North Walsham (Victory) to provide electricity to the centre. Early indications are that such a scheme is viable at this location and could provide a significant proportion of Victory's electricity. The Council therefore wishes to engage a contractor to design and build a PV array on the roof at this location. An application for permitted development for an approx. 240 kWp array has been submitted and the necessary approvals received for the scheme to commence. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. If bids are received over the Council's budget, The Council reserves the right to ask for Best and Final Offers (BFO).
