Businesses should continually engage with their customers to drive footfall and spending in store as well as supporting online sales with many failing to have any online presence. \\r The need to upskill businesses was evidenced recently by 65.6% of businesses in a recent UK wide survey, admitting that they require access to support and training to help them grow their business.
