The SI is scheduled to onboard during Summer 2024. Currently each of the departments are getting prepared for the SI coming onboard. In particular, the HR function has identified an immediate need for expert support, covering a 6-week fixed engagement to undertake the following activities: - Assure the SI onboarding plan as it relates to HR, identifying any gaps that exist in the SI onboarding for the Programme. - Align Synergy HR colleagues around the prioritisation of activities required to "fill the gap". - Prepare a HR functional plan that ensures the HR function can deliver the necessary design decisions and onboarding plans and that this docks into Synergy governance arrangements. This engagement supports the Synergy Programme in preparing the HR function for the onboarding of the System Integrator during Summer 2024. ## CPV classification IT services: consulting, software development, Internet and support Source Contracts Finder (UK) [View official notice](https://www.contractsfinder.service.gov.uk/notice/95a10344-d29a-4960-a645-f94a424975b5) Never miss a tender like this again Get AI summaries, deadline alerts and a bid pipeline for tenders matched to your business.
