Hours: 30 hours 4 Days. Shifts include Am and PM including Weekends and Bank holidays. Location: Willow Gardens, Harvest Road, Rowley Regis, B65 8FG ### Start Date: ASAP Contract type: Agency. Job Description and Personnel Specification are attached, which also provides more information above the role. Brief description: o Provide practical support and guidance to our front-line care and support team through on-the-job observational supervision. o Provide management cover in the absence of the Extra Care Manager/ Assistant Manager and Support Team Manager where required. o Undertake Duty Management tasks as defined on a rota basis. Essential Requirements: o NVQ Level 2 in Care or equivalent. o Minimum of 2 years working with vulnerable adults, adults with disabilities. Adults with dementia. o Knowledge of the Care Standards, and CQC inspection framework. o Good awareness of Extra Care Services both social care and the housing management aspects.
