The forecasted value for the package is approximately £10m-£20m with a start on site period of Q1 2026. The scope of the works shall consist of but not limited to the following elements of subcontract works: Full design from RIBA 4 onwards and the fabrication, supply and installation of 15000m2 ( to North and South Elevations) of Curtain Walling, including Metal, Louvre, Tile and Glazed Wall systems to the Station building, platform extensions and the Eastern Concourse area.
