The cleaning requirements consist of:- Part 1 an annual deep clean including stairwells, Part 2 an interim 6 month clean including stairwells and Part 3 - monthly cleaning of stairwells. The Contract is anticipated to commence upon September 2024 for a duration of 4 Years.
