Sustainability and recycling are very important, and we require all new handsets to be carbon offset at the point of purchase, with all old handsets to be ethically recycled ensuring all waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) regulations are adhered to, with any residual hardware value being returned to VIVID.
