A site visit is considered essential to evaluate the existing site layout/access and to enable submission of an acceptable quotation. All dimensions are approximate and the contractor is to check on site prior to submitting a cost. The Council is targeting to have awarded the contract by 16th September 2024 to allow for commencement from 1st October 2024 and completion no later than 30th November 2024. Works to be completed within 4 weeks from the start of installing site security. Works to be completed in accordance with the dates detailed within the procurement schedule below.
