The location of the premises will generally be within the boundary of Sefton MBC however there are a small number of premises which may be outside the borough boundaries.\\r \\r The work requires contractor's operatives to undertake various surveys, inspections, tasks and checks in relation to managing the water systems within the Councils property portfolio to comply with BS8580-1: 2019 and the Approved Code of Practise L8, 4th Edition.
