The building currently has hoarding erected around it to both stop the risk of anti-social behavior in the vacant building and to keep people away from the elements of the building which may pose a risk to their safety (such as falling masonry). The hoarding was built over 5 years ago, and some areas start to rot and are unstable so needs to be replaced as soon as possible. The employer is looking for suitably qualified contractors with heritage project experience.
