The commissioners will wish to secure a service that delivers targeted intervention for male perpetrators within the local authority areas of Humber Region. For clarity, this procurement proposal is currently in the development stages and Commissioners wish to gauge interest from potential suppliers - this does not constitute a formal Expression of Interest or Tender process and as such Commissioners will not respond to any clarification questions.
