The software needs to be able to validate planning applications through a process of assessment and determination.   \\r \\r It is important that the software platform be cloud based, compatible with Windows 10 and 11, and able to be used via Microsoft Edge, which is the Councils preferred browser. The server ideally should be hosting data within the UK. \\r \\r The system needs to be GDPR compliant and a GDPR impact assessment needs to be undertaken. A data sharing agreement between the provider and the local authority must be generated if data is shared through use of the product. \\r The system will be used by multiple individuals with the organisation. Any software licence procured should enable its use across a minimum of six machines.
