## About this tender

The Cabinet Office (the Authority) sought a single Supplier Contract for the purchase of Services through the Crown Commercial Services Fund Administration & Disbursement Services DPS (FAADS) (RM6322) under this Contract.

With effect from 1/8/24 the Contract is varied as follows:

- Due to increase in demand, an increase in contract value is required for surge capacity (however, costs remain within the envelope originally approved by the CO's Investment Committee).
- The original contract value was up to the value of £4,110,113.00 ex VAT, the value of this variation is £1,000,000.00 ex VAT (still within the original approved value).
