Exploring these matters will consist of 4 separate studies: A: Establishing the Housing Requirement for Lancaster District - which is the subject of this brief. B: Lancaster District Employment Land Review. C: Lancaster District Strategic Housing Market Assessment (SHMA). D: Lancaster District Gypsy & Travelling Showpeople Accommodation Assessment (GTAA). All four studies are currently out for tender. Consultants are invited to tender for individual studies or a combination of studies where expertise and capacity allow. Each study will however be procured separately and assessed on its own merit.
