Providers need to be clear how they will make best use of current community resources and how they will work with wider voluntary, community and faith sectors in order to develop community delivery plans that achieve the outcomes set out in the contract. The initial contract will be for an initial period of 5 years, with options to extend for a further four years, each in 2-year increments.). \\r \\r Please note this procurement will be conducted under the light-touch regime under regulation PCR 2015 27 (5).
