This project will focus on key areas to enhance both our delivery and efficiency of the current service, so that we are still getting the basics right but also looking towards future development needs. The focus for this project is on our improving current winter maintenance practice in order to achieve further treatment efficiencies. An understanding of current technical and operational application techniques is required, in order to identify any barriers to efficient and effective operations and suggest solutions.
