It is probable that some works would be commissioned close to the contract expiry date. In these circumstances that/ those project/ s will continue to completion. The successful bidder would be the Principal Contractor who managed the whole of the works in compliance with the requirements of the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015, insofar as they are applicable to the works. The successful bidder had to acquainted and satisfied themselves with all conditions likely to affect the execution of any of the works, including the types, construction, and location of the existing buildings.
