The CoC system will act as a people presence management system, monitoring the safe and secure movement of people throughout its buildings and estate. The delivery of an industry leading Permit to Work system, providing a document management solution and workflow approval processes for the compliant delivery of all UoS E&F permits. To deliver a comprehensive document management solution for all contractor related documentation related to operational works across the UoS estate. The cloud-based CoC solution should unite visitor, contractor, and emergency management procedures, enabling the E&F department to secure their facilities and ensure the safety of every E&F visitor and contractor on Campus.
