The authority previously conducted an open procedure (below threshold) ITT process, which concluded in a failure to receive any suitable or complaint bids in relation to the advertised price cap and budget requirements. Due to the nature of this provision, this presents a risk to patients in relation to lack of available food and food storage on site etc, therefore the authority have proceeded with a contract award via a quotation process that is compliant in relation to the advertised price cap / budget and requirements from the previous ITT process. ## CPV classification Commercial refrigerating equipment Source Contracts Finder (UK) [View official notice](https://www.contractsfinder.service.gov.uk/notice/82421ec1-f908-4b4c-a8fd-86a9911bdddf) Never miss a tender like this again Get AI summaries, deadline alerts and a bid pipeline for tenders matched to your business.
