This programme will support the development of public sector volunteering for this age group and develop opportunities that meet their needs, as well as identifying and addressing barriers experienced by underserved populations to encourage volunteering in this population. It is intended that the responses supplied will enable the Council to further develop the specification. This is not a formal tender document. Participation in this soft market assessment will not prejudice suppliers participating in any future procurement.
