This procurement is being led by Norfolk County Council on behalf of the two Council's. Bidders are only required to complete the questions in this Invitation to Tender once to cover both Council's. The winning bidder will be awarded one contract with Norfolk County Council and one with Hertfordshire County Council i.e. this will not be a 3 way contract.
