The services required by this contract comprise the development of a 15-year West London Waste Plan (WLWP) with all supporting documents and reports for the West London Local Planning Authorities (LPA) of Brent, Ealing, Harrow, Hillingdon, Hounslow and Richmond. The aim is to provide the authorities with a robust waste plan suitable for submission to the Secretary of State for approval. Full details of the services required can be found in Document Part C - Specification.
